Your satisfaction is important to us - we will do whatever we can to guarantee that your online experience meets or exceeds your expectations. We have taken extraordinary steps to ensure accurate representations of products (colours, measurements, video, etc) and take extra precaution in packaging for safe shipping (including signature required/insurance when appropriate). If you have concerns or questions about a specific product you are encouraged to contact us for further information before placing your order. Our general return policy is exchange/credit and/or replacement only - however, if we cannot replace your product or if you are completely unsatisfied with our service we will give you a full monetary refund.

Product Returns
Generally, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products however, occasionally (albeit very rarely) encounter minor manufacturing defects, apparent only after opening sealed packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to report defects to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods, upon which arrangements will be made for return and replacement (or exchange/credit) at no additional expense to the customer.

The Defective product must be returned to us within 14 days, accompanied by the original receipt, for a replacement or full exchange of the purchase price (your immediate attention is required and appreciated in order to complete the exchange process with our suppliers).

Returns for any other legitimate reason (ie., wrong size/unused or returning unopened packages) may be subject to a 15% restacking fee).

Cancellation Policies
Order Cancellation Policy

Please Note: orders are generally processed through our system within 48 hours, so we may be unable to cancel your order before it is shipped.
All Online or otherwise virtually placed orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant gateway/processor, during which, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge once the process is complete. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
  • If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy.
    The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
  • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above  including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Course Cancellations and Refunds

Eagles and Auracles reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop class/series due to insufficient registration; minimum registrant requirements vary.  We strive to let clients know if a course has to be rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours or two business days before the event. 

If Eagles and Auracles cancels, clients will be contacted and rebooked for a future date of the same seminar/ package or they may choose to use the credit towards an alternate seminar/package. Clients may also request a full refund to be processed.
If a client cancels, all seminar/package cancellations requests within ten business days of the event are subject to an administration fee of 20%, up to a maximum of $20.  Clients may choose to take a full seminar credit towards a future seminar.
No refunds will be issued after or on the day of the seminar.

Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks
for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials.
